Well hey there everyone!
Right now I am quite busy here at Mission College of Evangelism! Not a day goes by without huge amounts of stuff needing to be done, other than Sabbath, which I have been appreciating more and more. I have been quite busy studying for tests, creating Bible studies, reading, and finding time to spend with my new friends here. On outreach days, which are Thursday and Sunday afternoons, we go out and give Community Religious Surveys, give out drop off Bible studies, and offer to give in home Bible studies as well. Before this we were doing Colportering, which was pretty fun! I just gave my first two Bible studies yesterday (Oct.13) and it was quite interesting. The first Bible study the man did not believe wholly in the Bible, and it was pretty difficult to study the Bible because of that. But the next one the couple was expecting us, and came out the door to greet us, invited me and my partner in and offered us water. They had everything all ready for us and were quite open to recieve the message. I gave a Daniel 2 Bible study and it went famously. They really appreciated it and we're planning to go next week as well. I have to be getting ready for the upcoming evangelistic series here in Laurelwood, and since I am the "head usher" I have to recruit others in the two nearby churches to help me out. This series will be held on campus here in a big round circus-like tent. Well, just pray that people in my neck of the woods will be open to all we have to offer here.
